What is EDIH?
European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) are part of the EU’s new flagship initiative Digital Europe program. They act as service centers that accelerate digital investments and digitisation of SMEs. The goal is to make new technologies more widely and quickly available to companies and public services. EDIHs act as non-profit service centers. As a result of the high-level competition held in 2021-2022, four European innovation hubs will be established in Finland. The choices were made by the European Commission with the support of external experts.
