Cybersecure Health Tech Forum: How can a startup ensure compliance?
Health Capital Helsinki, in collaboration with the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council, is offering a free educational seminar, Cybersecure Health Tech Forum, for health tech startups and growth companies. The seminar will be held as a side event of the Radical Health Festival 2024.
From a cybersecurity perspective, the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical industry represent a vast and highly complex environment. Criminals can target, for example, patient and credit card information or business secrets. Thus, providing secure medical technologies and keeping users and patients safe and protected remains paramount for the health tech industry.
What are the cybersecurity requirements in health tech, and how can compliance be ensured? To address these questions, Health Capital Helsinki and Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council (Uudenmaan liitto) are offering a free educational seminar and workshop on cybersecurity requirements: The Cybersecure Health Tech Forum.
The event is designed for health tech startups and growth companies to enhance their understanding about necessary countermeasures. The seminar will also cover how to meet cybersecurity requirements set by public and private healthcare providers and health corporations, assisting companies in building their business and ensuring compatibility with their clients.
The Cybersecure Health Tech Forum will take place on 21 May at 14:00–17:30 as an official side event of the Radical Health Festival, produced by Vertical Innovation Consultancy. Attending does not require a Radical Health Festival ticket, but registration is necessary due to limited seating.
