A jury will go through the applications and select three best European startups that get to pitch their innovation virtually on 22 May together with three best Chinese startups. The 400-people audience consists of Chinese investors, as well as entrepreneurs and company representatives from around the world. This is a great opportunity to seek investors insights and build collaboration towards Chinese markets with the startup community and leading international venture capital firms in Shanghai.
All the startups that have submitted their application have the possibility to follow the event online and have direct conversations with e.g. the Chinese investors.
Chinese markets are the second largest in the world and the local investors and partners are eager to work with European companies. Succeeding in the markets needs particular knowledge of the local regulations, business model adjusting and understanding of networking in Chinese cultural contexts.
The Health Tech online pitching is organised as the beginning part of the Finest China Health Tech Track, created by inXso and introducing Chinese health tech market, business model cases and regulative aspects. After the online pitching event Health Tech Track will continue to help members in improving the investor and the startup community relations in China. The track will also provide training and networking online aimed to prepare participants for a virtual conference visit to Slush Shanghai and Startup Grind Global Gathering Beijing in October 2020.
The invitation to Finest China Health Tech Track is open for startup companies to apply globally and the primary focus is teams in incubators. The aim to build so called virtual co-working space for the interest group to learn together across nations on startup development and launching business in international markets.
