SUMMARY:Thesis work for your company?
DESCRIPTION:Metropolia University of Applied Sciences has started a new batch of MedTech master’s programme and there are now new international master students looking for thesis topics. Does your company have a thesis topic for a student? \nThe students have a Bachelor level engineering degree\, for example from ICT\, health informatics\, automation\, electronics\, electrical engineering and industrial management\, and at least two years of working life experience as a prerequisite for admission to the master\’s program. In the master programme\, they want to deepen their knowledge\, skills and competences in medical technology to capture new career opportunities for the future. \nThe thesis topics could be related to development of medical devices\, for example\, to (but not limited to): \n\nregulatory requirements and standards\,\nsafety related usability\,\nmedical devices and their environments of use\,\nmedical device life cycle\,\nrisk or quality management\,\ninnovations processes\,\nbusiness activities\, or\nspecial research topics.\n\nMetropolia UAS is aiming that the students discuss and interview the potential company representatives and then make a proposal for the research and/or development work. \nTimeline: Research plan should be ready at the end of this year and the research and development activities would happen in spring 2023. \nDuring and after the thesis work\, master\’s degree students could be potential employees for the field of health technology. \nInterested?
